BZD400
This semi-automatic foam box sealer is widely used for industries requiring EPS insulated foam box packaging, ideal for scenarios of low-temperature preservation and leakage-proof packing.
Adopts rotary turntable winding sealing structure. Tape wraps evenly around the box with firm adhesion. It prevents leakage at box joints and ensures sealing integrity for seafood, fruits, vegetables and other cold-chain goods in transit.
Operators only need to place foam boxes on the turntable; the machine automatically completes box pressing, tape winding and tape cutting. Workers can operate it without professional training. It greatly reduces repetitive manual taping work and improves packaging team productivity.
Supports quick switching between various box sizes. Sealing dimensions can be freely adjusted within the working range, compatible from small sample foam boxes to large fresh-keeping insulation boxes. One machine covers multi-type packaging production to cut equipment investment.
