Hand taping often leads to crooked strips, wrinkles, uneven lengths, and loose ends. With a fixed-length tape cutter, press rollers, and guide channels, the machine ensures every carton gets a centered, straight, uniformly sized strip of tape. This improves the professional look of the outer packaging and reduces the risk of cases opening in transit due to a weak seal.
A top & bottom case sealer can run as a standalone unit or be linked upstream and downstream with case erectors, packers, labelers, inkjet printers, stretch wrappers, and palletizers. The infeed and outfeed roller sections can be reversed or extended to suit the plant layout, leaving ample room for line upgrades and future capacity expansion.
