I. Company Overview
Kuadi Packaging Technology (Foshan) Co., Ltd. (shortened as Kuadi Technology) is a comprehensive service provider of automated packaging solutions integrating R&D, production and sales of packaging equipment, manufacturing of supporting consumables, and full-process after-sales services. Located in Nanhai District, Foshan City, we have over a decade of in-depth experience in the automated packaging industry. We focus on supplying one-stop cost-saving and efficiency-boosting packaging equipment and supporting services for clients across factories, e-commerce, fresh produce, food, hardware, building materials and other industries. We have established an integrated industrial chain operation model covering equipment, consumables and services. Our products are widely sold domestically and we are vigorously expanding overseas markets. We have built a solid market reputation with more than 3,000 cooperative enterprise clients.
II. Development History
Since entering the packaging industry formally in 2011, the company has steadily expanded with a clear development roadmap:
- 2011: Entered the outer packaging sector, specializing in fully automatic strapping machines and strapping & carton sealing assembly lines. Our original products addressed the industry-wide pain points of high labor costs and low efficiency for manual packaging and achieved market launch.
- 2016: Founded a professional machinery company to expand the product portfolio, adding heat shrink packaging machines and vertical packaging machines to fill the gap of in-house automated packaging equipment and realize full coverage of inner and outer packaging machinery.
- 2018–2019: Adopted a dual-line layout by establishing a machinery manufacturing subsidiary and a packaging consumables subsidiary. We independently developed dedicated consumables matching our equipment, truly integrating machinery and self-developed supplies, and helping clients cut overall packaging costs in labor, working hours and material consumption.
- 2021: Launched the foreign trade entity under the brand Kuadi Technology to explore overseas markets as our core export brand. Internal group-based division was completed, with affiliated companies separately responsible for product R&D, domestic brand operation and exclusive after-sales services, enabling refined and specialized organizational management.
- 2022: The Foshan head entity was officially registered and put into operation, focusing on equipment iteration, scenario-based customization and local on-site services. We continuously optimize special models for segmented scenarios including e-commerce, fresh food and pipe materials.
III. Core Product Portfolio
We boast a complete range of products covering all packaging procedures including bundling, carton sealing, film sleeving, sealing and tape wrapping. Our offerings fall into three major categories: general mainstream packaging equipment, special customized models and self-developed supporting consumables. All machines are equipped with PLC programmable control systems, imported photoelectric sensors and servo drives for stable operation, compatible with assembly line connection. Part of our equipment holds export certification.

Automatic Carton Sealer Compatible with cartons of various sizes, it automatically applies adhesive tape on top and bottom with neat, deviation-free sealing, serving as standard equipment for e-commerce warehouses and food factory production lines.

Tape Wrapping Machine Fully electric design eliminates traditional pneumatic structures and air compressors. Customized for long strip products such as cables, pipes and aluminum profiles, it provides uniform wrapping with low consumable loss.

Foam Box Sealing Machine Specialized for fresh cold chain logistics. Optimized to tackle sealing difficulties of foam boxes, it creates tight seals to prevent water and air leakage, widely adopted in fruit & vegetable, aquatic product and cold chain e-commerce sectors.

(III) Best-Selling Special Model: HL-50A Intelligent Express Packaging Machine
An all-in-one automatic shipping machine developed exclusively for the e-commerce industry. It integrates full-automatic functions including code scanning, waybill printing, waybill sticking, bag picking, bag opening and sealing. Compatible with e-commerce ERP systems, various sizes of PE continuous roll bags and standard express waybills, it reaches a maximum throughput of 1,800 parcels per hour, effectively reducing order error rates and labor expenses. Multiple configurations including HL-50B and HL-60C are available. The machine is fitted with safety light curtains and emergency stop protection devices, featuring a user-friendly interface and simple daily maintenance.

We independently produce strapping bands, various shrink films, express special films and other matching supplies.
